MORE ABOUT BRUCE THAN YOU CARE TO KNOW

After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Redlands with a degree in Theatre Arts, Bruce started performing in one of the comedy clubs of Los Angeles. But he got OUT of show business before most people knew that he was IN show business. His fledgling career as a standup comedian was doomed for two reasons: First, he wasn't very funny; secondly, being only 5' 6" tall, most people couldn't tell that he was standing up.

Undaunted, Bruce did what many struggling actors do: He went to law school. Bruce found that he had the perfect body and mind for a lawyer: He has short arms, so he can make lots of gestures without knocking things over; and he is clever, so he can find ambiguity and exploit it.

For twenty years, Bruce has been performing in the courtroom instead of the theatre. Bruce is now getting more laughs than ever, although it usually isn't on purpose. But he'll take the laughs anyway he can get them. Actually, he's got pretty good credentials that you can review on the Attorney page.

Being a lawyer is only part of what Bruce does. Since he doesn't golf, he has time left over for these other endeavors:

Fiduciary
Bruce serves as a private professional fiduciary in estates and trusts. Most people don't know what a fiduciary is, and Bruce prefers it that way. If you can't contain your curiousity, go to the Fidicuary page, but prepare to be underwhelmed.

Author
Bruce has co-authored more than 50 books. Providing a combination of practical insights with humor, several of Bruce's books have made the best seller lists and won national and international publishing awards. You can find an abridged list of Bruce's books on the Author page.

Speaker
Bruce is a popular speaker who mixes humor with a motivational and inspiration challenge. For such a short guy, he has a lot to say, and his cultural commentary has been the subject of more than 200 radio and television interviews. Read about what Bruce has to say on the Speaker page.

Bruce lives in Fresno, California with his wife, Cheryl. He has no hobbies, but Cheryl is hoping he gets one real soon.
